MC Nursing Cares. And It Shows.
Whether it’s preparing the next generation of nurses, public health leaders, or producing the clinical nurse leaders of the future, Mississippi College School of Nursing is the ideal place to grow and flourish in the field of healthcare.
The Christian faith is what sets us apart from other nursing schools.
Jesus tells us that the greatest commandment is to love God and to love our neighbor — and we view nursing as a fulfillment of that command. This helps cultivate a commitment to providing complete and compassionate care for all patients. We call this the “inasmuch” rule, based on Jesus’ admonition that “inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.”
